How to play
- Tap the card at the foot of a column, or drag it onto the pile.
- It only goes if it is one rank above or one rank below the card on the pile.
- An ace sits on a king or on a two, and a king or a two takes an ace.
- Tap the stock when nothing fits: it turns one card onto the pile and your run starts again.
- Clear all thirty-five column cards to win.

Tips for a better score
- Points climb with the run: the first card off is 10, the second 20, and so on up to 80. Turning the stock puts you back to 10.
- Emptying a column pays 50 on the spot, so a short column left standing is usually worth finishing.
- The ace links the king and the two, which is how a long run keeps going when it looks stuck at either end.
- Undo is unlimited and takes back stock turns as well, so a dead end is never the end of the deal.
About Neighbour Pile
Neighbour Pile deals thirty-five cards face up into seven columns of five, and one card onto a pile in the middle. Only the card at the foot of a column can move, and it moves onto that pile — but only if it is a neighbour of the card already there: one rank up or one rank down. The ace is a neighbour of the king as well as of the two, so a run can go round the corner and keep going. Suits never matter. Seventeen cards wait in the stock; turn one whenever nothing fits, but that ends your run and the next card is back to ten points. Clear all seven columns to win. The daily deal is the same for everybody until midnight, and practice deals are numbered; a solver proves every deal of both kinds can be cleared before it is dealt.
