Tips for a better score
- When you go first, open in a corner. If the machine answers anywhere but the centre, you can make two threats at once and it can only block one.
- Wins are worth more every round, but from round five the machine never slips. Grab every win you can early, then treat each draw as 25 safe points.
- Always check whether the machine has two in a row before building your own line. One missed block ends the whole run, not just the round.
- On a keyboard the cursor wraps around the edges, so the far side is one press away. On a phone your cross lands the moment you tap.
