How to play
- Tap a pot to open its ring of actions.
- Plant, water, tend, tidy or pick, one tap each.
- Tap the seed packet to choose what to plant and to spend coins.
- Weeds, aphids and dead leaves slow a plant until you deal with them.
- Press Done for now to end the visit and bank your points.

Tips for a better score
- Cress takes three minutes and radish twelve, so your first sitting always has something ready to pick before you leave.
- Time away counts for eight hours at most, and nothing is ever lost by staying away. A dry plant simply stops until you water it.
- Tending gives a small growth bonus once a minute per pot, so five quiet minutes of watering and weeding is genuinely worth more than none.
- Your score is only what you picked and tended this visit, not what the garden is worth, so a tidy session beats a rich sill.
About Window Garden
Window Garden is six terracotta pots on a sunny sill that carry on growing while the page is shut. Plant a seed, water the soil before it goes pale and cracked, pull the weeds, flick off the aphids and pinch the dead leaves, then pick the plant when it is ripe for coins and seeds. Coins buy the next of the twelve kinds, richer soil and a third shelf. Growing is worked out from the clock, so the garden moves on without you, and time away is capped at eight hours: coming back after a week is exactly the same as coming back after a night. A dry plant stops and waits. It never dies and it never disappears.
