Tips for a better score
- Work backwards from the exit lane: whatever sits in the orange car's row has to go somewhere, and usually only one way.
- A van needs three squares of clear road. Move it first, while there is still room to put it somewhere.
- Par is the shortest possible solution, worked out by the game, so beating it is impossible and matching it is a real result.
- Reset costs nothing and keeps your score. When a park feels stuck, it usually is: start again rather than shuffling.
About Park Out
Park Out is a six by six car park seen from above, jammed solid. Cars and vans slide along their own length only — never sideways, never round a corner — and your orange car has to reach the gap in the wall on the right. Every car park is generated here and then solved by a breadth-first search before you see it, so the way out always exists and the par beside your move counter is the real shortest answer, not a guess. A hint costs fifty points and shows one move that genuinely helps. The parks start gentle and get properly knotted by level ten.
